NEIGHBORS · TRAVELS HOUSE TO HOUSE · FREE
The Fence Line.
The one game here you cannot play with only your family. It starts with a knock on a neighbor's door. It ends with a letter they carry home — and the game moves to their table next. A chain letter you play, down the whole street.
This is the one game here you cannot play with only your family. Before you start, invite a neighbor to the table. When the prompts are done, you will write one short letter together — and the neighbor carries it home to start the game at their own table.
Neighbor at the table? Good. Begin.
HOW IT WORKS
You know the names. You have never known the people.
01
Invite a neighbor
Knock on a door. This is the only game here that will not start until someone from another house is at your table.
02
Answer the street
Eight prompts about the block you share — who took care of whom, whose door you would knock on at 3am, what home sounds like here.
03
Send the letter
Write one short letter together. The neighbor carries it home and starts the game at their table. It travels house to house.
